Decent for calls, some issues
I used Viber Out for some international calls last month. The call quality was mostly clear, better than some other apps I've tried. Setting up the account was easy enough, but I had a small hiccup applying a promo code; it took a couple tries to register. Delivery of credit was instant though. Overall, good service but they could make the promo code entry a bit more straightforward.
Used for group chats
